Amsterdam Capital Week is approaching fast: the first event in the world to bring together startups and capital, on this scale, in a one-week time-span. From September 23 until 26, Amsterdam is all about connecting startups with investors. Amsterdam Capital Week features 20+ events in different venues around the city showcasing Amsterdam’s strong points on startup capital: the city has an abundance in (pre-)seed capital, access to international funding, and is Europe’s crowdfunding capital.

Key words for events are ‘Pitch’, ‘Meet’ and ‘Learn’ with plenty of pitching competitions, meetups, social drinks and workshops. True crowd pleasers are Uprise Startup Festival and the first ever live crowdfunding festival Crowdf€st which bring you innovative startups and music, dance and food. Amsterdam Capital Week has carefully crafted an international program, with startups from as far as Kenya joining for the Impact Amsterdam – Nairobi Expedition. Global events such as Capital On Stage, Get in the Ring, and the HandsOn TV Startup Tour all come together in this unique Amsterdam Capital Week.
