The ‘open source GitHub’ GitLab from Dutch CEO Sytse “Sid” Sijbrandij today announced a 20 million dollar (17.8 million euro) series B investment led by August Capital.
Enschede-based startup TriboForm has been acquired by Swiss software company AutoForm.
Six-year old medtech company Clinical Graphics has been aqcuired by American health care company Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc.
Cloud supply chain startup TradeCloud announced on Tuesday it has received an undisclosed sum of funding from regional development organisation InnovationQuarter and informal investor Paul van Keep (co-founder of Exact Software).
DashTag, which created a sports sensor for amateur team sports players, received a 250.000 euro investment from a private investor and a Leapfunder campaign.
3d-printer company Ultimaker has received 15 million euro loan (debt financing) from the European Investment Bank.

Takeaway.com, parent of Thuisbezorgd.nl, today published its indicative price range, offer size and prospectus for its planned initial public offering in Amsterdam on September 30. The indicative price range is set at 20.50 euro to 26,50 euro (inclusive) per share, valuing Takeaway.com at an enterprise value of 760 million euro to 974 million euro and a post IPO equity value (market capitalization) of 904 million euro to 1,118 million euro.
