Spring is in the air! Several accelerators hatched fresh new startups. Here’s what matters in the Dutch startup scene:

News & Funding

Online platform for caterers VanChefs, raised 250.000 euro in crowdfunding (loans) on Collin Crowdfund. The former startup now offers their services on fixed locations as well.

Bolt Mobility has managed to get their minimum investment requirement on angel investment platform Leapfunder. With 3 days to go, 1.2 million euro is pledged.

Eline Leijten from Plugify won the second edition of the Dutch Championship of Pitching.

New batches of startups

11 startups from 8 countries are in the next batch of the Smart City & Living accelerator from Startupbootcamp. The programme starts April 24.

Rockstart has 4 new startups in the Web & Mobile programme.

UtrechtInc also has 4 new startups entering the Pressure Cooker.

Events

On March 30, 10 Digital Health startups from Rockstart will present their progress in Nijmegen.

ESA BIC on April 6 is hosting an info session about the European Satellite Navigation Competition, an innovation competition that recognizes the best ideas in the field of satellite navigation. Location: Jaarbeurs Innovation Mile, Utrecht.
