Earlier this month the 2nd batch of startups entered the Connectivity Accelerator in The Hague, a startup programme by World Startup Factory.

Nine startups, aimed at smart city, smart building and smart mobility solutions, will learn to grow in the next four months.

The Hague, as the political capital of The Netherlands, is mostly known for its safety and security startups in the so called The Hague Security Delta. It shelters startups and scale-ups like HackerOne, Onegini and RISKID.

The municipality of The Hague however is also aiming for a much broader view with the Impact City initiative. Therefore the accelerator programme for smart city startups can be considered a nice change.
