Good morning! Here’s what happened in the Dutch startup scene last week.

Funding & News

Amsterdam-based bike sharing service Cycleswap was acquired by American competitor Spinlister. Cycleswap will take on the name Spinlister.

Polarsteps, the startup for tracking your travels, today announced a 500.000 euro investment from VC Silver Point Ventures and corporate TMG.

Sharing-startup Peerby has launched a popular crowdfunding campaign on OnePlanetCrowd, before it went live, founder Daan Weddepohl already secured 300k euro from e select group of community members. The goal is to collect 1.5 million, and there already past one million euro as we speak.
