4SUITES, a tech startup dedicated to pave the way for the hospitality sector to become smart, mobile and connected has raised 400.000 USD from a group of informal investors.

The Zuthpen-based startup offers hotels, holiday parks and real estate locations the opportunity to provide their customers a smooth digital journey. Enabling guest to do everything that is still cumbersom and done in an analog way to do it digitally and mobile. The startup’s app enables customers to order room service, book a meeting room, check in and even open the door of their suites. Obvisouly these are solutions that a lot of customers are already accustomed to. For the traditional hospitality sector its quite a leap to transform into a digital company. 4SUITES fills in the gap by offering the technology as an off the shelf and plug and play service. For its business clients the startup offers the possibility to gain advanced customer insights via the 4SUITES customer analytics dashboard.

Lennart de Haan, 4Suites’ co-founder and CEO: “We saw an opportunity to use the original developed solution for real estate to expand into a full hospitality solution. That really worked out.”

The capital raised will be used to fuel the expansion of its offering across Europe. Focusing first on the Benelux, Germany, UK and Spain.
